The Cadillac Winchester Neighborhood Association (CWNA) is located in District 1 of the City of ​San José​, bordering the City of Campbell. In collaboration with the City of San José​'s Project Hope Program, the association holds monthly meetings and events. The CWNA board works to ensure that the community continues to engage with elected officials, law enforcement, and city staff.
